@Got my first pre qual for citi in the mail last week.  This weekend, tried the pre qual site, a bunch of cards came up, including DC, but horrendous apr's (in my mind, don't need a general cash back card @Anonymous.9%).

As always, don't rely on offers, prequals, etc.  Apply when your reports are in good shape.
