Pre-qualify for credit card HELP

Does anyone know if another credit card company has the pre qualify option like capital one has that doesn't hard pull your credit??? Thanks

HSBC's might still work, but Cap1 is buying them, so not sure if that helps you or not. Amex and Discover have a place to check for offers as well, try them.

The household bank page says there is no risk to score

Here's another from HSBC, I don't believe it is a Household link, but looks about the same. This one curiously doesn't mention the same thing about no risk to credit score, but is otherwise the same form. Maybe a veteran member can provide more info as to whether it is also a soft or not.
