Purchase protection & returns

Hey everyone! So i purchased a few items amounting to about $500 and am wanting a refund. The seller is not replying to my emails and I am well within the 14 day return period they have listed. How do i go about getting my money back? I used my Barclays Arrival+. Is there a way to get my money back?

Try contacting Barclay's customer service asap (via telephone on online) to initiate a dispute. Good luck!
