I read that alot of people have got the Bbva card lately have any of you had problems setting up the Auto Pay feature I have called in 20 times and still no help they tell me to select frequency on the 3rd step but I dont have that option customer service is a joke I'd close the account if it wasnt for the 7k limit if they dont get it fixed once I get bonus and pay it off with one payment I'll stick it in a drawer
Did you try using the app?
I don’t use the desktop site for anything, it’s horrible, but the app works fine for everything I have tried it for.
Yep app dont have the option either They keep telling me to use website
Has your 1st statement posted only option I have Is one time payment yet I havent got my 1st statement yet
That my problem on the 3rd step I dont have option for auto pay

I've added my bank and verified it and have made one time payments that's what I'm saying the auto option is not there and customer service just keep telling me where it should be and how to do it they fail to understand that the option isnt there

Very strange in deed! I know the old site wouldn't allow you to set up autopay. And the old phone app wouldn't either. Both updated versions should allow you to set up autopay OP. What browser are you using and does your phone have the latest version of the BBVA app?
