Question for those who have opened cards on special events like Prime Day

I opened up a chase card account on the special day known as the anniversary of my liberation (some people call it divorce).

But Chase didn't seem to care and only gave me 10k and not the 15 or 20 I was hoping for (with no good reason to think they would actually do that but I think I was drunk)
