Interesting. Haven't seen many people get multiple CLIs on secured cards. Most of them just sit stuck after Credit Steps - mine included.
Nice to know it is possible that they may increase some day, but I probably won't keep mine long enough to find out (it'll be 2 years old in February but I'll be closing it before then most likely).
