At what point (12 months, 18, etc) is established credit not considered too new? Also, at what point is a delinquency or derogatory item not considered too recent? Thank You

FICO scoring considers accounts to be new for the first 2 years. In reference to opening new accounts underwriters consider 6-12 months to be new.
