It was pre approved for $700 CL

but 175 initial  Fee, then 175 AF? are you crazy!!

it met the trash can right away.

I get those kinds of pre approved cc every now and then, they go to the recycle can ASAP, one of them even started charging interest from purchase day, no grace period nothing, you buy you get interest on your first bill, great deal on top of the multiple fees, by the time you pay a secure card it's just cheaper.

I think opt out prescreen really needs a credit filter. Like saying Reject all offers that  doesn't require a 720+ etc lol it would save TREES!

I receive about two of these a month...and they go straight into the garbage can. 

First Premiere is such a rip off imo.  Their fees and interest rates add up to an astoundingly high total APR.  Its like 60% or something if you factor all their feels into the equation.

I think the post office needs more cash, they got some money issues there, so I let them mail whatever. It also creates some jobs, someone got to print that, etc., so is not as bad as it looks, only thing never apply to one of those. The cc I got where mail offers but no anual fees etc.
