Single pull. Minimum CL is $3K (which I think is what everyone gets). Not really worth it unless you're planning on buying a GM some time in the future. But that's just my opinion.

Not sure, as I have seen other people with a lot lower starting limit, as a matter of fact it was less than 1000.

Obviously, YMMV
