Has anyone reconn Bestbuy and had success with them?

Bear in mind that reconn's success or failure is often less a function of company policy per se, and more a function of the personality and willingness to help of whoever picks up your call. So if at first you don't succeed, call again, and don't be afraid to ask for a supervisor.

customer service said no, after much complaining I got a manager that was willing to do the verification again which failed again! have to wait 30 days and apply again.

I don't think they actually go in and look at credit and change application decisions, it's all done by the computer verification. but my friend under 600 was approved if he could have answered the silly questions right that asked stuff relating to family not him! now we know how to answer next month!
