I'd like to change my Rural King credit card to the Redstone Signature card because of the new rewards structure. I swear I saw a post a year or so ago of someone who had been able to product change from the RK to the Signature card but I can't find it.
I called Redstone and asked if I could do this and the employee said "No, because they are still two different credit cards you'd have to just apply for the new card." Just wondering if anyone's been able to do a product change with them recently. Thanks!
