Refund for a United Flight Paid for Chase UR points . Airline refunded but Chase has not refunded UR

I bought a plane ticket on United. The flight got cancelled so I requested refund thru Chase Travel Agency. I checked confirmation and United already refunded the plane ticket in full but I have not gotten the UR points back yet. Been a few weeks. Anyone in similar situation?

This happened a lot in 2020.  I believe everyone got their points back eventually but it took a long time.  Which portal did you book through?  My guess is you're going to have to have Chase fight with the OTA that is holding their money.
