Not necessarily, I didn't know my limit until I called in.

It did give me the APR and other terms before hitting the submit button.

I admit Regions is on my 'bucket list' for when things settle down (not just COVID, but life in general) but if they offer me $250 I'm not sure I would be able to resist. 

I checked the prequals today, and the APRs are decent, though (at least for my profile).

Update. Went to the prequalified page and checked to see my limit 15 k . Pulled the trigger got 15 k at 15.49 % . Going right over to the approval thread .
