I have a Visa card with Regions Bank. Eight days ago I sent them a secured email asking a rather simple question. I have never received a response. I tried calling them yesterday and was told someone would call me back in the afternoon. It's been over 24 hours and I'm still waiting for a call back. This is not a way to run a business, let alone a financial institution.
Personally, I've never had any issues with Regions and I would say 8 days without a response from your last message is kind of unusual for them. Hopefully your issue is something simple that can be resolved fairly quick.
I have sent Secured messages as well with no response. A phone call took care of the issue and was pleasantly handled.
it was a stressful request so perhaps the call was better
Well another day went by without an email response or a return phone call. This is inexcusable. I have never dealt with a worse customer service than Regions.
Mind sharing what the simple question is for others? In case they fall into the same boat.

I would have called and asked to speak to a supervisor 24 hours after I didn't get a response from the SM. Why don't you do that today? There's no sense in continuing to wait for a call.

Sure. My card is cracked and I'd like a replacement. To me, that's a simple question for them to answer.

Usually theres a prompt when you call if lost, stolen, damaged press #. All animated. I accidently stepped on my Savor card as I tried to catch it when it dropped. Folded it in half. LOL! 1 call. Replaced.
