Removed myself as an AU

So I just removed myself as an AU from my mom's Chase Freedom. Since I was finally able to score one myself, there was no reason to be on hers. According to the rep, the account will stay on my CR; it just won't report any more. Is that accurate? I had always heard that it would be removed from the CR entirely.

I think it is removed. If it isn't, you can dispute with the CRAs and they should remove it no problem.

I'd actually rather it be on there, XD. I was just under the impression that it would be removed no matter what.

Re: Removed myself as an AU

If you rather her card report on yours then why did you remove yourself as an AU?

Re: Removed myself as an AU

I like having the account history for AAoA purposes, that's all. I don't need the credit since I have $8000 of my own.
