I would contact the issuers and let them know the problem. You may have to escalate to a supervisor or manager in order to get someone who understands the problem. Frontline CSRs have little to no knowledge of credit reporting.
Disputing with the CRAs is always an option, but you run the risk of losing the TL entirely. I wouldn't go that route, but would try to take it up with the issuer first.
