Request DiscoIT CLI over Phone or Website

Is there any better chance or reason to call into discover vs using the site tool when requesting a CLI? I just checked and the link to request and increase now works under my DiscoIT account.

I called over the phone and the process was very easy. As far as I can tell, I didn't even take a hard pull. I got exactly the CLI I was looking for.

Agreed, I had better luck over the phone.

+2 ...on the phone is much easier...heck a live person is much easier that an automated system.

I tried to do it online. They called me the next day.

i was trying to go from $2000 to $7000. I took a hard pull, and only went to $3000. I shoulda just waited for a auto cli.
