Is possible to ask the credit card company to send you a BT check ? Some companies give them to you and some don't . Thanks

Simplest answer, you'd have to call and ask.

Sure. You can always ask, but as you mentioned some will have the option and some won't.  Just be sure to read the T&Cs that come with any BT checks as some can be treated as CAs if deposited/endorsed to yourself and/or the standard APR (non promo) may apply.

If it works, please let us know.

Especially if they give you 0% no fee BT checks.

Re: Requesting BT check

You can request a hassle free check if you have a 0% APR BT offer on your Capital One account.

I remember asking Chase for one but I think it was because I misplaced the ones they sent.

Maybe even try Discover.

BoA, Chase, Citi, PNC, Huntington, etc send checks randomly and some offer direct deposit into checking. I love the DD. Saves me a trip to the bank.
