Ritz-Carlton $100 Hotel Credit

Hello all.

 

I will be staying at a Courtyard Marriott in a few weeks time, and I noticed the Ritz card offers a $100 hotel credit.

 

Does anyone know if this is valid one-time, or is it an annual perk?

25 years old. Scores around 740. Income = 45K. Chase Car Loan @ 2.4%, AAOA = 2 years. Total Personal CL = 120k.

Only Valid on Ritz stays.

Unlimited on 2 night stays at Ritz only.  Can't be used at other Marriott properties
