SCT for Credit Cards

Can I still do the SCT if my reports are frozen? I'm still opted in.

If your CR are frozen, the SCT will not work.

Nope. I am afraid the SCT will not work like that.  But other question: Which card is worth the SCT ?  Do not just get a card because it can be obtained with SCT and decide first if the card is of any use to you. Then unfreeze your report if you really need that card.  Most of the SCT are Commenity cards and honestly I am not sure if I would even want 1 of their cards with their recent account closures.
