I'm sorry it didn't work out as planned, triple d fresh. The offer is good through 08/31/13. Perhaps if you're able to resolve whatever is on the report you may still be in the running.

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
