I found that spending didn’t matter much as far as getting a PC offer. It definitely matters with CLI offers, though.

Just keep using the card each month until the fee hits. And check for offers each month.

Yea unfortunately that's not what I wanna do but imma see if they budge before next may, hopefully they come around. My wife use the card since she just got the secured navy as her daily driver so it's getting usage
