SO is going to app for up to two cards and I need your guys' help to decide what she has a good chance at getting approved at
1.7 AAOA She has TU673 --EQ 656 --EXP 654all three are ficos. 1 charge off from 4.5 years ago. No lates. No bks. just a charge off for 657$ with a $0 balance. UTIL is around 36%.
Were apping for two cards only. Any decent CC's? Only has 1 CO on all three.
Top two cards recommended will be applied for and results will be posted here.
Barclays product with a good chance of being approved on a recon if initially denied.
Some, even somewhat modest improvement (decreased reporting UTI to <30%, slightly higher scores...) could open up several better options for more consumer friendly terms and a wider array of lenders who may approve, IMO. if not possible might recommend an amex charge and a CU to your liking (some goodies: NFCU (if eligible), AFCU, DCU...) USAA may be a good option, especially if eligible for full membership but they may be looking for a slightly stronger profile for a limited member.

agreed.
Barclays and local CU's you're eligible to join.
I say Barcaly and Amex Charge (Gold Preferred I suggest since free for first year otherwise Zync if you eat out a lot)
