Sam's Club Mastercard without a HP and was not Pre-Approved

Been watching my reports, especially TU. No HP has showed up for this approval from this past Saturday. I'm rather shocked but of course, it sits well with me. I see others are getting a Pre-Approval at Sam's Club and no HP but are others doing the same process as me and not receiving a HP?

I applied in store for the MC yesterday, I was pre-approved for the club card but not the MC. As of this morning no HP notice but I'll give it a few days and report back.

 

Just got a monitoring alert from Experian, Sams Club did do a hard pull for the application.

Interesting.  Wonder if they are switching to EX from TU?

Mine are all frozen. I unlocked TU for the application. Still no HP on TU as of today.
