Sam's DC Highest Limit ?

So, I called CS today to request a CLI from 10K to 20K and got some line about the max limit being 10K on the DC accounts. I knew there was a 10K limit on the store cards through maxing it out and specifically stated on the decline letter from GECRB. I want to know if they're feeding me a line before pushing them on it. I think they were looking at last months CR SP though because I haven't seen an update most likely to PIF prior to statement cut with $0 balance. I'm leaving $1 on it this month to forcce them to update it as they should even if there's a $0 balance but, there were transactions and payment made in the prior month.

I have A Sam's Discover with a 15k credit limit....

Current: EQ Fico (700), EX Fico AMX (681) TU Fico Walmart (711) MyFico TU (708) Vantage: TU 803, EX 777, EQ 789
Goal: 700+ across the board.

Got the letter from CS for denial.

- Judgement / public record (10/2005 BK7)

- Length of time accounts have been established (last account opened was this DC 6/13)

They also included a FICO TU 755 (4/18/14)

When I do the CLI button online they don't send me a FICO but, they do increase my CL. Last increase online was $5K or so back in January. GE can be so confusing sometimes.

The "love button" won't let my Sam's Club Discover get above 10k…
