In May, my Sears/Citi card didn't update to EX but did update to EQ and TU.
In June, EX updated but showed the May balance. EQ and TU updated normally.
In July, EX updated again but with the June balance. EQ and TU updated normally.
Sears/Citi is updating at the normal time, which is the next day after statement cuts. I have to assume that the data is formatted differently by Citi and that EX is not translating it properly.
