Secured Cap1 card still not reporting after 2 1/2 months

I've gotten 2 statements and it is still not reporting.  Getting discouraged because I keep reading people that they get reported like a week after getting the card!  What gives?

Nope, they're pokey when it comes to initial reporting. If not by third, call them. They are lightning fast to report when you have a high balance, or late though...
