Secured Card Options WITH Graduation??

Maybe I missed it but who is offering the best Secured Credit Card that monitors and can actually Graduate or count towards relationship to Get approved for unsecured?

No to:

Citi

Capital One

Wells Fargo

Thoughts and add to:

Navy

Bank of America

National Bank of Omaha

I have Navy for the second time but I don't think it's worth keeping.... I have unsecured stuff with partner and I don't think my secured card is helping the relationship more than our $35k visa or $15k Navchecking!

Bank of America is great with their secured cards. Keep it in good standing, PIF, never go near your limit. Even better luck if you have accounts with them as well.
