Settle a debate - Walmart card

So since I've been approved for the Walmart and Sams cards my brother has been trying to convince me that they both are charge cards that MUST be paid in full every month.  I say credit card with a minimum payment payment.

Settle the debate? I don't have my papers yet LOL

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

That kind of debate is normal.  Misinformation is what brothers are for.
