Heres what I would do:
Step 1: Contact the Capital One EO to ask for PC to the Quicksilver card like others mentioned and you have 1.5% cash back on all purchases.
Step 2: Get your hands on the Discover It card and you have a free FICO each month and a great all around card with rotating 5% categories (accepted almost everywhere).
Step 3: Wait 6 months or so and let your score rebound a bit and grab Amex BCE with 3% groceries and 2% gas
Step 4: Garden and add new cards if you want them or to get intro offers
