MyFico report shows I have a mortgage with GMAC and OWEN who bought out GMAC. The same thing is showing up with Orchard Bank who is now being run by Capital One.
Will this have a negative affect on my credit since it appears I gave this huge mortgage ($400,000) which in reality is $250,000
