Thanks to everyone for their replies!
The reward structure for BCE is this: 3% CB on Supermarkets up to 6k/year then 1%. 2 CB at Gas Stations and select department stores. 1% CB all other spending.
No annual fee. It's a keeper card, but the rewards are pretty much better on all other cards. As far as rewards go you have to save up until you can cash out at 25 dollar increments. I have it, but it's just because it's my oldest card and I keep it for AAoA and again there's no AF. lol (Plus, the Amex offers sometimes are quite good.)
If there was another card I should get for rewards or other benefits besides my Amex and Chase Freedom what would it be? I was looking at Discover It and the Amex Platinum. And another question, points don't transfer right so I should wait until I use all my points before asking for a produc change?
It really all depends on your level of spend and what you spend most of your money on. Highly individualized.
@Anonymous wrote:I am a college student right now and I just have the Chase Freedom and the Amex Blue Sky card. The reason I want to product change is I rarely travel. If I do it will probably be once a year or once every 2 years until I get older. If it is recommended that I product change my card, what should I product change to? I was looking at the Blue Cash card. Also with the Amex Platinum Card Signup Bonus, should I look into getting that card too or should I look to get any other cards? I have had my Chase Freedom for almost a year and my Amex Blue Sky for 7 months.
Thanks!
Have you checked out the methods to redeem? Even if you rarely travel, it looked like you earn 1 point, but then when you do travel, you get a redemption credit that looks better than 1% as a statement credit against the travel expense. Be sure to check out what counts as a travel expense; the TD travel card counts tolls as a travel expense, haha.
Others have had mixed results being able to PC prior to 13 months.
Rumors have also circulated that you can still get the "old" Blue Cash (not everyday, not preferred). The rewards are low for the first $6.5k of spending each year, but then for the rest of the year I'm earning 5% at grocery stores and gas stations.

It's not just a rumor on the old Blue Cash: Remove all the spaces from the URL below and paste into a PRIVATE/INCOGNITO/etc browser window.

(Spaces added to prevent it appearing as a link which people will click) Good card if your spending habits are right
