You can request one online and usually they'll give you an offer that you can accept or decline.

Currently rebuilding:

Op, do you not have an online account set up?  If not go to the Cap1 website and create new login credentials.  Once you are able to get into your account, all of the info aboout you account should be there.  You will find a number of links for different services on your account.  I don't have Cap1 anymore, but it should still be the same.  Go to "Services" and then "Card Services" and click on "request Credit Limit Increase."

I would talk to them......they're not very clear about the CLI with the Secured Card. Mine was on the 8th statement.

When I got my Quicksilver One, it was more spelled out clearly that it was 5 monthly payments in a row to get the CLI. Secured Card they're more vague.

Keep up the good habits! Those whom are on credit steps are typically 4th or 5th statement. Happy to hear yours worked!
