So the big question

Should I accept $0 fee credit card offers?

Would this help rebuild my credit?

I guess I’m not too sure of having too many cards is good or bad

Before you app think:

Have you done your research of the CC?

Does it fit your spending?

Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?

Can you afford the AF?

Do you know the cards benefits?

Is it worth the HP?

I can pay my mortgage to hit the $ for bonus. Mortgage $1750 a month

As far as my spending.

$5000 in gas per year minimum

Then for work about 3-4 due diligence trips

Do mortgage lenders charge you a fee to pay with a credit card? I would imagine they would, as it would cut into their principal repayment.

The 3rd party normally takes 2-2.5%

So just for the intro bonus

I used to be able to pay NIMAC with a cc for a really low fee

I pay my winter gas bill using my DC. The gas company charges a flat $1.95 fee to use a card. Since I get 2%, any bill over $97.5 gets me something back. If my bill is double the 97.5, I essentially get 1% back, but 1% is better than 0%.

Brilliant!

Same here with utilities

That’s another 3000-4000 a year

I can even pay my city property taxes that way

So many ways to earn!
