I think it's incorrect to say disc or cap 1 "not inquiry sesnative". Whether Inq have more weight to them totally depends on your file and credit worthiness and no one else's. Unless you work for underwriting, that kind of assumption could hurt you if you if you mistankly app too soon on conjecture and that's all it is. I would never leap to such conclusions.
