Ozix - Congrats on the CLI.

I'm pretty sure if you did request $25K like you think and they gave you $6k then you've probably hit your current ceiling/cap with NFCU.  However that ceiling does change so you could try again in a couple of months or so and you may be approved.

You can call in when you get the 3-5 day message and avoid the HP!!?????!?! I didn't know that and took ANOTHER HP yesterday because of dodge ball other thread. And because I pressed submit. I took a HP a couple months ago too!!

I had no idea you could call in and cancel it before they pull it!!

You're always learning something new here. 

The thing about calling to the avoid the HP is you'll have to call almost immediately and speak to someone in that department which is not open 24hrs.  NFCU does answer calls 24hrs but the department you actually need to speak with to avoid the "manual review"/HP isn't opened 24hrs.

are you an AU on any of those cards....if not you are the first person I have seen that is primary on 3 credit cards with NFCU... congrats

 im the Primary account holder on all 3 of my NFCU cards and all my cards, no AU for me. 

2 of my NFCU CCs were initially secured cards from 5/2012 to 5/2013.... Now look at me!!!! LOL
