I read that  you have a card with a 30 days late on it, i would take that card off.

ive never had any credit card in my life my parents dont either i need this 1 credit card to start my credit history

It would appear to me that your best bet to get some credit history will be a secured card.  If you haven't already, go to your bank and open a checking and/or savings account and inquire about a cecured credit card there.  We all have to start somewhere.  Good luck!
