Strange 0% low fee balance transfer offer from Barclay Apple Credit Card

I had no idea that Barclay offered 0% balance transfer offers on their Apple Credit Card. This week I got a set of courtesy checks in the mail stating that I can use the checks to access up to my credit limit for only a $5/2% fee for 12 months no interest. Has anyone ever received this kind of offer on a store-branded card with Barclay? 

I also got an email this morning stating I can request up to my full credit limit to be transferred directly into my checking account for instant access.

The BT offers have always been available across most of their products from the older Juniper card, Apple, JetBlue, Arrival, Rewards, etc.

I got the same email yesterday for my Uber VISA.

Except it was for $5/1% fee for 12 months no interest.

I was originally using it for 4% dining, but it's been SD'ed for about 3 months now.
