Subprime cards

I am working on my credit. Have lots of charge off's, collections, etc. I have three credit cards in good standing for two years +. Two are subprime. One has a CL of $250 and charges fees like crazy each month. Just got an amex. Should I cancel the $250 CL suprime or will that hurt my score?

I got the delta amex. 631/609/603. They pulled EX = 631.

Replacing with good cards would be better just do them 1 at a time so as to not disrupt
your average credit age too much.

thanks for the reply. I think I will only cancel that one low CL one and keep the others for another year or two.
