There's several but the biggest are: Wells fargo Reflect 0% for 21 months, BoA has one for 21 months as well, then Discover, Chase Unlimited and Wells Fargo Active cash all offering 15 months 0%... with your score and history you should be able to take your pick... GL!

Your score is great, however income probably not going to support high SL. House hold income?
CC suggestion: I'll say Home Depot card if your willing to go through them! They do offer special financing for projects and you can recon SL after approval.
Also Discover would have been nice for this. You can get 0% finance on new purchases even if you had the card for awhile.

You should have little trouble getting a number of cards with 0% interest for 18 months or more. The SL is very hard to predict though. I have recently had a card approved with a 20,000 SL, but my most recent one had a SL of only 3000. No idea whatsoever what criteria is used by each issuer to determine the SL. The more I learn about issuer trends, the more I realize it is all a guessing game for me. I have learned this much, high 800+ scores do not guarantee neither approval, nor high starting limits. I do think, overall, that issuers are starting to get a bit nervous over the high inflation that has happened lately. They might be a bit more conservative in their starting limits, but that is just a gut feeling, and is not based on any known data.

Given the OP's DP's and especially their fixed income. While none of us have a crystal ball, they'd for sure get approved for the HD card I think. But I don't see anyway that Citi will approve a $10K SL though.
