Sync bank/ paypal max limit

What it the Max limit anyone has ever seen on a sync bank credit card ??

Do they do over 45k ??

I read once they have an overall of 100K across all lines for GECRB , I dont know how accurate that is??? I also think it is changing internally with SYNCHB.  For us the last year or so they have stopped all of our CLI's.  The one thing that has changed is we use their cards less and have acquired more prime lender cards, so that may play a  role.  

Someone else may know more recent info.
