The Synchrony $1024 has happened to me a few times on different accounts over the years. I just go in and request a CLI online and it usually restores itself to the original limit even without making a purchase, although I think they made some adjustments recently as I could only go half up instead of original full credit line, so I did that, then requested another CLI a few months later to get the rest. All have been soft pulls for me.

Thanks for the recommendations everyone I ended up requesting the max 10k and it was approved lol. So CL 8k > 1k > 10k fun times
