Did the Target Visa have a rewards structure beyond what the current debit/in-store cards have?  It's been so long since I've seen the card advertised I don't really remember.

Isn't target a publicly listed company?

Just noticed that Target has an option to activate Target Visa Cards... Activate your Target® Visa® Credit Card option.... weird... since they don't seem to offer this card to new customers.....

It's possible it's just for replacement cards for existing members.

Just to clarify -

Target is indeed a publicly traded company (TGT), and is NOT owned by TD Bank.

TD simply purchased the Target credit card portfolio.
