JCB? Wow, I never thought about to hear this name at here. This is huge groups of company in Japan. The "JCB" sign is everywhere. What I remember is they do travel and insurance service too along with financial services. And now, they added a new service ... "JCB Phone" (JCB Mobile) ... cell phone rental service to their members.
Anyway, my answer is “No.” I rather to have another VISA or MC.
