Since June 2017 when my Redcard was upgraded to the MC version, I have gotten a $2,000 limit increase reliably every six months (June and Dec.) Well, my June statement just cut and there was no increase this cycle. I missed out on the elusive, unofficial max of $15,000.
Was at $4,000 in June 2017 and remain at $13,000 now.
Me too...I was due on the 11th for my anticipated cli. I'm at $13k as well...i'm simply taking it as a sign of the current times. Bummed but understandable.

Thats a pretty darned impressive run. Give it six and you'll probably get your increase again.... "sign of the times." Hoping mine starts hitting every six months here shortly.
I didn't get any CLIs the first 12 years (actually got a $500 CLD when it converted to Visa in 2005 a few lenders prior to TD Bank) but like you I was getting them on statement close for my MasterCard every June and December from June 2016 until June 2019 when it hit $10,300. I didn't get one in December and I didn't get one this month. 800+ scores, regular use of at least $300 or so every month, always PIF, etc. I don't really need more since it would be unusual for me to spend more than 10% of the limit at Target anyway, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason I can discern for limits sometimes. Numerous people here with much lower scores and even derogatory credit history that have higher limits than me on this card. Not sure why they stopped; I hope yours pick up again.
Don't despair as you're still in the upper 1% when it comes to Target TD generosity. Yes times are really challenging these days and every lender is tightening up on lending. But consider this for a sec....
DW has had her card for 15+ years now, never late on it. Her scores have been 800+ for probably 2 years now....
Hers still a store card and never converted to Visa/MC. Usage of about $150-450
a month PIF.
Her CL is still at $4.5K. Her income on the high five fig. So yeah consider yourself very very very lucky with them heck I've never even heard of CL higher than $9K with that card.

Same thing here. Of course, I also had a zero balance last month. So I'm also at $13K. It's still a bigger CL than many of my "major" cards, so I won't complain too loudly.
