Got this email a while ago - get non-transferrable coupon and apply it to get $5 off of a $15+ purchase (before tax & shipping) before 11:59PM PDT on 8/3 when using any card issued by American Express. There are a few ineligible categories like money/gift cards/coupons.

It's on the advertising banner when you log in to ebay. For me it was the second ad.
