i dont understand what this pertains too.
if you pay in full before second month of charges you dont pay any interest.

Citi is the 5th most hated company in the world http://finance.yahoo.com/news/the-10-most-hated-companies-in-america-162927740.html?page=all

I had 50%+ util when I got my first citi card, and one of my citi cards I carried a balance over $10k for over two years during tough times. (2009-2011) My util on that card was well over 90% during the whole span. They actually increased my limit in 2010 and that helped my utilization.
I'll chime in on this as well. Citi (like all banks) has some flaws. To say that people should hold it against a bank is just nuts. Lately you and a few others on the boards have this "entitlement" mentality about credit. If someone can't get in with a bank it doesn't mean you bash the bank. For example, you practically claim that people shouldn't deal with:
1) Capital One
2) US Bank
3) Barclays
4) Citi
The only reason you continue to bash these banks is because they have taken AA against you or denied you. It is perfectly okay to say you don't like them but to have a personal vendetta against them so others believe they are the worst is just plain wrong. You have issues with your Credit Report...nothing to be ashamed about as millions of people have issues. You claim you got in with PenFed...does that mean those that get denied should try and influence others that PenFed is the most horrendous bank...of course not.
