T&Co doesn't assign a credit line, its more of an Amex charge-type revolving line. Was approved for $8k to PIF with zero-interest over 10 mo with mediocre credit and annual income in the 40k range at the height of the credit crisis. If you carry a balance as far as I recall, the APR is pretty high, irregardless of scores, so if your not going to use their PIF plan just use a CC with a good APR.
