I'm currently debating on app'ing for a Citi card. Here's my dilemma:
New mortgage (10/12)
BofA rewards Secured (4/12)
Wal-mart store card (10/12)
US Bank rewards (11/12)
I know my AAoA is very low and my credit has taken a hit. The reason I want to app for a Citi card is for the 0% BT to move some larger purchases to. My gut is telling me to hold off on app'ing for anything for awhile.
My credit scores are currently about 670 due to the new accounts and inquiries. I'm on the fence on whether to app now, or just suck it up and garden for a while.
I don't know much about Citi. Which card would you guys suggest app'ing for?
Seeing this stuff makes me want to app for Citi Diamond early!! lol but I feel like Im jumping the gun too.
What card did you get gettnthere?
Citi Diamond?
i have gotten 5 Citi cards this year with a 735 FICO. Diamond is best for BT as it is 18 months. Simplicity is 15-18 months 0%
personally I believe as long as your scores are high enough Citi won't really care. I got 5 cards in about a month Citi Forward being the last approved for $6,500 score was 738 on their scoring system. It was 758 Fico before app spree =)
