Has anyone done this before? Is it possible to transfer a credit line from Cap Plat (mastercard) to QSilver Siggy? and then close the Cap Plat

Can't do it with Capital One at all from my experience and what other posters have said

Cap One won't allow this sorry. Others such as Chase do this but Cap One is one of the lenders that simply will not.
